Gratitude

For those of you who know me personally, know that I am someone who is consistently reminding myself and others of living with gratitude!   Some days are easier than others of course, but taking note of things that you are grateful for in your life can help change that negative mindset into a more positive one.  Everybody has something that they can be grateful for and everyone has a different view on what is special to them. For some it is material things and for some it is more personal and there is also a mixture of both......we can be grateful to wake up each day, the beautiful weather, that special memory, family, friends, the trip we are on and making memories, the smile that you were given that melted your heart.
